Start with the number.
Answer a short set of questions to build a preliminary managed IT and cybersecurity estimate. You can see the starting number before deciding whether to save or discuss it.
Fully managed, start to finish
The price is only part of the decision.
Managed IT is not simply a per-user price, a list of cybersecurity tools, or the number at the bottom of a proposal.
You are choosing the people your business will depend on when work stops, an account is compromised, a project needs senior expertise, or you need someone you trust to tell you what to do next.

An employee cannot work

A server goes down

An account is compromised

A critical project needs senior expertise
Who answers the phone matters.
- Do they know your business?
- Do they know your systems?
- Do they understand what matters to your employees and customers?
- Will the same team still be there when something serious happens?
One coordinated team
Network Computer Pros clients are supported by help desk technicians, senior engineers, project specialists, cybersecurity professionals, and technology advisors who work together and take responsibility for the environments we manage.
Pricing matters. The partner behind that price matters more.
The difference is not the product list
You are not buying a collection of IT tools.
The products matter, but they are only ingredients. The value of the relationship is found in how the environment is understood, protected, supported, and guided over time.
The value of an IT partner becomes clearest when something goes wrong. That is when you find out whether you hired a vendor that sells IT services—or a team that takes responsibility for your technology.
Monitoring software can be purchased
Backup software can be purchased
Cybersecurity products can be purchased
Microsoft 365 licenses can be purchased
What you cannot buy from a product list is judgment, experience, accountability, and a team that actually knows your business.
What managed IT pricing covers
More than tickets.More than tools.
Depending on the recommended plan, your monthly service can coordinate the daily support, maintenance, protection, documentation, and planning required to keep technology dependable.

Visibility into device, server, and network health.
Patch management
Coordinated updates for supported systems and software.

Protection across identity, email, endpoints, and networks.
Backup oversight
Monitored backups, recovery priorities, and restore planning.
Vendor coordination
One technical point of contact when another vendor is involved.

What affects managed IT services pricing?
The business determines the scope—not a generic package chart.
Two companies with the same headcount can have very different support, infrastructure, recovery, and cybersecurity needs.
People + devices
The number of employees, workstations, laptops, and supported users shapes day-to-day help desk and management needs.
Servers + cloud
On-premises servers, Microsoft 365, cloud services, backups, and business applications add different layers of responsibility.
Industry + risk
Sensitive data, contractual obligations, cyber-insurance requirements, and industry expectations influence the security plan.
Current environment
A documented, stable environment is different from one with aging equipment, unknown accounts, or years of deferred maintenance.
Optional services
Voice, hosting, advanced security, projects, and other requirements can be added when they are relevant to the business.
Real people. Real accountability. Real IT.
The partner behind the price matters more.
Our clients are not handed off to an anonymous call center or a constantly changing group of technicians. They are supported by Network Computer Pros employees who share documentation, follow defined processes, escalate issues to the right expertise, and work together to keep technology secure, reliable, and moving forward.
Shared context
Documentation and team communication mean the knowledge of your environment does not live only in one technician's head.
Defined process
Consistent standards for support, maintenance, security, onboarding, recovery, and change help the team act with clarity.
The right expertise
Every issue does not require the same skill level. Work is escalated to help desk, engineering, project, security, or advisory expertise as needed.
What long-term partnership sounds like
Responsive when it matters. Deliberate about what comes next.

PRICING & PLAN FAQs
Questions worth answering before you compare providers.
Price matters. So do scope, security, accountability, and what the provider is prepared to take responsibility for after the agreement begins.
How much do managed IT services cost?
Managed IT services pricing depends on the number of employees and devices, servers, cloud services, locations, industry, cybersecurity requirements, backups, applications, and the condition of the current environment. The estimator above uses several of these factors to provide a realistic monthly starting point before a detailed review.
Is the calculator result a final quote?
No. It is a preliminary estimate designed to help with early budgeting. A final recommendation follows a conversation and review of your technology, support expectations, security needs, and any risks or projects that cannot be understood from a short online tool.
What does monthly managed IT pricing include?
Depending on the recommended plan, monthly service may include employee help desk support, proactive monitoring, maintenance, patch management, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, backup oversight, vendor coordination, documentation, onboarding and offboarding, and ongoing technology planning.
Why doesn’t NCP publish Good, Better, and Best IT packages?
A lower-priced package should not be created by removing controls or responsibilities that are necessary to support the business responsibly. NCP starts with the operational and security foundation your environment needs, then adjusts the plan for your users, systems, industry, risk, and optional services.
Why is cybersecurity priced separately in some estimates?
Every managed environment needs core protection, but organizations do not all have the same data, contracts, insurance requirements, exposure, or security maturity. Separating advanced protection makes the additional scope visible while keeping the operational managed IT estimate understandable.
Why do some industries need stronger cybersecurity protections?
Organizations handling financial, health, legal, aviation, donor, or other sensitive information may need safeguards beyond the core protections included with managed IT. The recommendation is based on risk, data, contractual obligations, and industry requirements. Technology controls can support compliance, but they do not by themselves certify it.
Can we remove a recommended protection and simply accept the risk?
NCP explains the purpose and impact of each recommendation, but cannot responsibly manage an environment when a material, known gap would put the client, its data, or NCP’s ability to support the business at unreasonable risk. Important protections should be addressed clearly rather than hidden inside a cheaper package.
Who are NCP managed IT plans designed for?
Our plans are designed primarily for small and mid-sized organizations that rely on technology every day and want an accountable outside team to manage support, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, backups, vendors, and ongoing technology needs. They are not residential or one-time computer repair plans.
Does the Ultimate Cybersecurity Plan guarantee that we will never have a cyber incident?
No cybersecurity company can honestly guarantee that a business will never experience an incident.
Cybersecurity is about reducing risk, making attacks more difficult, detecting suspicious activity earlier, limiting potential damage, and improving the ability to recover.
The Ultimate Cybersecurity Plan provides stronger layers of protection, but technology must also be supported by employee awareness, sound business procedures, leadership involvement, and appropriate insurance and legal guidance.
Why is your pricing tool more detailed than most MSP pricing pages?
Many IT providers do not publish pricing because their service packages vary widely or because important costs are added later during the sales process.
Our tool is intended to give you a realistic starting point based on your number of users, locations, industry, and security needs. It also helps explain why two businesses with the same number of employees may require different levels of protection.
Final pricing may still depend on your current technology, systems, locations, and the condition of your IT environment, but the tool is designed to make the conversation more open and predictable.
How do you decide which plan is right for my business?
The pricing tool provides an initial recommendation based on factors such as your industry, number of users, locations, and likely security needs.
Before services begin, we also review your current environment, including your devices, Microsoft 365 setup, backups, network, security controls, applications, and employee access.
Our goal is to recommend a plan that fits the way your business actually operates—not to force every organization into the same package.
Why is Network Computer Pros willing to turn away businesses that decline required protections?
Because accepting responsibility for a company’s IT while ignoring serious security gaps is not a partnership we are comfortable with.
We have seen businesses come to us after suffering preventable downtime, account compromise, data loss, ransomware, and financial fraud. In many cases, the previous provider knew protections were missing but continued providing limited service anyway.
We would rather be honest about what we believe your business needs than offer a cheaper plan that leaves both of us hoping nothing goes wrong.
