Watchdog monitors system performance so issues can be avoided or taken care of in a preventative manner, not in an emergency situation that could affect your business income.
When we started this company we were just like the rest; a break/ fix computer company. The problem we found with this model is that a customer would call when something had already gone down. In business there is never a good time for things to break down-there is always a project due or a bid to get out. We also found that customers were very concerned about the hours we spent on-site adding up. This resulted in never having the time to check everything that should be checked on an ongoing basis. In an effort to resolve these concerns and continue to improve, we developed our unique version of being a Managed Service Provider with our Watchdog Monitoring and Management Service.
