Having grown into a large company with multiple site offices and owners that expect all home offices to be fully functioning work sites, we felt it was necessary to establish an annual service contract with a computer services provider. In Jan 2005 we signed with a well known company based in West Palm Beach. What we didn’t know at the time was that this particular company employed service technicians that were inexperienced and that our company was going to be nickeled and dimed for every additionally billable service hour imaginable. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I called in advance to see if they were familiar with Windows Mobile technology. They assured me they knew what to do and we could move off of the Blackberry platform. Long story short they tried to bill for their learning curve, wiped out our corporate address book in Outlook and then restored back an old version, and told me something could not be done that I discovered on my own via a Google search that could be done…

From the minute I met with owners Maurice and Isaac, I knew I wanted to use Network Computer Pros, but I had to meet with 3 other companies and review the proposals before I would allow myself to make that crucial corporate decision.
